Set Yourself Up for Success

Set yourself up.png

While the choice isn’t always yours, many times you can set the barrier to entry on things. A classic example is going for a run in the morning. If you have to wake up early, dig your clothes out of the closet, find a waterbottle, and go run, you are far less likely to do all those steps than if everything is nicely set out at night so all you have to do in the morning is follow the setup you’ve already created. By lowering the barrier to entry you can ensure your own success.
